By following the wise ecology of nature and aligning with its rhythms, Tai Chi and focusing teach us how to use minimum effort to receive maximum benefits. The originator of the circular form I teach is Chungliang Al Huang. I learned the form from Cielle Tewksbury, a poet, dancer, and Tai Chi Teacher extraordinaire. My teacher of thirty years before and into the present is Arthur Goodridge. He taught me the wisdom of playing with the energy, not taking myself so seriously, and that unconditional listening is the greatest gift we can give our bodies , minds hearts and fellow beings.
